3. Early Access Program

By applying for early access, you understand that:

  • The service is in development and may have limited availability
  • Features, pricing, and availability may change before general release
  • Acceptance into the program is at our sole discretion
  • Early access does not guarantee continued access to the service
  • You may be asked to provide feedback to help improve the service

4. Eligibility

  • AI-generated responses may not always be perfect
  • You are responsible for reviewing and configuring AI behavior for your business
  • We are not liable for AI misunderstandings or errors in order processing
  • Customers interacting with the AI may be informed they are speaking with an automated system

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVOLVEAGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
